About the request of tokens then:
Once the wallet is installed, on the website to purchase the tokens you need to go to your dashboard and then to the tab "withraw" or "request tokens" depending on the translation.
On this page you will have to pass the KYC (identity verification) just click on the button and follow the steps indicated. You will need to provide a copy of your ID and a proof of address less than three months old, ideally in pdf format.
Once all this is done, there are two things left to do: request your sponsorships and copy and paste the address of your VTS portfolio (without the dashes) at the bottom to request the payment of your tokens.
To request your referral chips, you need to divide the amount earned in € or USDT by the cost of a chip (0.65) to know how much you are entitled to.
Then, make a purchase of the same amount of chips by "wire transfer". Once the purchase is validated, you will have a small box to check in the next screen to "use your rewards" click on it and your purchase will be made with the sponsorship money (see screen copy attached) then redo the procedure of requesting tokens to make them go to your wallet.
