📣 We have now integrated an Artificial Intelligence Bot (Fin) into our Intercom widget (which is available on our website or web app to assist users with their initial queries : Human assistance is available at any time 🦸♂️
. Fin uses the documentation and tutorials available on our Discord server and the XDEFI Wallet Academy 🧑🎓 as its database
. Please note that you can consult our help desk center’s articles and watch all the associated YouTube ▶️ videos directly from the widget itself
. The widget also allows you to monitor the status of XDEFI’s extension through the Status page🚦and to access the Canny interface in order to make requests or vote on proposals.
